Calls to the number are free and are answered by friendly, professionally trained and experienced advisors. With local knowledge they can offer tailored advice and provide realistic expectations about what assistance is available in your area and how quickly you might receive it.
Our advisor will ask you a series of questions to learn more about your home and your circumstances. All answers are treated in the strictest of confidence so you can be sure your details are safe with us. Our advice about insulating your home covers easy-to-make changes such as:
• Loft insulation
• Cavity wall insulation
• Grants and funding that may be available to help towards the costs if you’re receiving certain benefits or are aged 70 or over.
