Hotspots in County Durham - transforming the lives of the region's most vulnerable people
The Hotspots project is supported by tadea, County Durham and Darlington Fire Rescue Service, County Durham Partnership Against Poverty and Durham County Council. This initiative enables health and social care professionals to refer those who may not be able to keep warm at home by simply returning a Hotspots postcard to us.
The scheme offers energy advice and tips to the person referred, benefit checks, fire safety checks and access to an Emergency Fund where in extreme situations money is required immediately to provide warmth.
For more information on the Hotspots project please contact tadea on 0845 602 9569.
