tadea have been shortlisted in two categories at the Star Radio business awards.
Following the success of a recent marketing campaign and tadea’s investment in staff training over the past year, tadea are pleased to make the final cut, for both the Marketing and the Training & Development awards.
The marketing award nomination follows a successful marketing campaign in Middlesbrough. The campaign aimed to make residents warmer over winter through installing loft and cavity wall insulation. Successfully engaging with local residents, the campaign achieved 357 installations – an overall 178.5% success rate. This exceeded all expectations and now means that residents cumulatively save up to £46,000* per year in fuel bills.
So far, tadea has invested in excess of £40,000 in talent development within the organisation and committed a further £70,000, for the next financial year, to help the business diversify and support the ambitions of staff. Training ranges from one-day to multi-year courses and include project, business, and environmental management and leadership courses.
Dorothy Turbill, tadea HR Manager says: “We’re all really excited that we’ve gained recognition for what we’re trying to achieve here at tadea. Being finalists in the Star Radio business awards is great for us and shows what a forward-thinking company we are and how important we think it is to invest in our staff.”
