Air conditioning inspections
By law any building with air conditioning systems that have a cumulative cooling output of 12kW or more must have an energy efficiency inspection every five years.
What is an air conditioning inspection?
This is a visual inspection to check that the air conditioning system fins are clear, there is no debris in or around the unit, it is properly insulated and that the internal filters are clear of dust and grease. If possible, operational temperature readings are also taken during the air conditioning inspection inspection.
