Marketing Campaign Manager
Victoria is an experienced marketer with specialist skills in campaign development and implementation, brand guardianship and development, direct marketing, customer relationship management, digital marketing, media relations and event management.
Her experience includes business to consumer, business to business and partnership marketing campaigns working with organisations and companies such as: Energy Saving Trust, IKEA, Marks and Spencer, Northumbrian Water and local authorities across the North East, Cumbria and Lancashire.
Victoria is a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing and also a Common Purpose Alumni. Victoria is also a Regional Board Member for the Chartered Institute of Marketing in the North East of England.
Elaine Scott
Interim Marketing Communications Manager
Elaine is a Chartered Marketer with over 14 years of marketing and PR experience in both consumer and business-to-business markets. She has a proven track record of implementing strategic communication campaigns and brand development. Sector experience in housing, business services, inward investment, new and renewable energy, digital and retail.
Companies and organisations she has worked with include: One North East, Three Rivers Housing Group (now Four Housing Group), Seaward, Business Link, Boots, County Durham Training and Enterprise Council.
Elaine is a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) and Chartered Institute of Public Relations (CIPR), and was recently Board Member of CIM North East, Yorkshire and Humber.
Gemma Fiveash
Marketing Co-ordinator
Gemma is an experienced marketing co-ordinator and a member of the CIM. Her day-to-day role provides support for the marketing team in delivering campaigns; costing materials and supporting marketing plans, as well as co-ordinating PR and managing mailings.
Gemma completed her MSc in Environmental Management from the University of Nottingham in 2010. Here, she developed specialist skills such as GIS and Geospatial engineering. She has used her strong market research skills to develop business and marketing plans at tadea.
Throughout Gemma’s academic career she became involved in student events, PR and communications. Gemma organised key events for 35,000 students weekly and managed the communications over several campuses as editor of the student newspaper and TV presenter for the student channel.
Stephen Graham
Marketing Co-ordinator
Having joined tadea in September 2011, Stephen works as a co-ordinator in the marketing team and is primarily responsible for media engagement. This role sees him work closely with the regional press and radio stations as well as with stakeholder media teams and trade publications.
As a journalist, Stephen has worked for regional, national and international newspapers and magazines. He is a former editor of the Big Issue Malawi and has also worked as an international media consultant. In addition, he has worked in the field of press relations for a number of not-for-profit and charitable organisations in the north of England.
