tadea is headed by Phil Hughes, Executive Chairman. Supporting Phil is Paul Jackson, Chief Executive Officer.
As Chief Executive Officer, Paul has day to day responsibility for managing and running tadea, building on his recently implemented and successful restructure of tadea to grow and expand the business over the coming years.
The Board of Directors are responsible for project proposal approvals, performance reports and all statutory financial reports. Their skills come from years of experience running public and private companies. They bring with them a clear understanding of your concerns as an individual or as a business.

Project managers and team leaders, each responsible for discreet projects, support the Executive Chairman and Chief Executive Officer in the day-to-day operation of tadea. The project managers and team leaders also have crosscutting responsibilities so knowledge and best-practice are embedded across the tadea portfolio.
